Ingredients
½ cup flour
1t baking powder
Pinch salt
½ cup rolled oats
1 egg
1 ½ cups milk
1 T melted butter
Oil to spray
To serve:
4 slices of streaky bacon
Sliced fruit eg bananas, 
Maple syrup


Method
1.       Sift four, baking powder and salt together into a large bowl, then add rolled oats
2.       Create a well in the middle
3.       Beat egg and ½ cup of milk together
4.       Pour into the well and whisk to a smooth batter
5.       Add remaining milk and melted butter and whisk until well mixed
6.     Line oven tray with baking paper and place bacon on top, place on 150, and grill until bacon is nice and crispy.
Slice, dice fruit up so they are presentable on the plate
