200 deg.s  5 min each side 

How do you know its cooked? What are the key indicators you are looking for?  That there is no  red meat / red juices the food is cooked long enough so the bacteria is killed  


What should the finished appearance of the grilled item look like and what did yours?


What did you serve with the grilled item eg condiments (sauces) and additional foods
